Cascading Grapes will handle the deposit, to be held in a fortified account. Your specialist will guarantee that your property comes back to you in the condition it was rented out, taking into consideration "reasonable wear and tear", before restoring the deposits to your occupants.

Should the property be returned in a sub-standard state Cascading Grapes management offer a refresh service up to the value of the initial deposit.
