2. Your property will be listed on various online rental portals

3.  An agent from Cascading Grapes will carry out accompanied viewings

4. The tenants will be vetted, referenced and background checks will be carried out.

5.  Cascading Grapes will handle the deposit, to be held in a fortified account. Your specialist will guarantee that your property comes back to you in the condition it was rented out, taking into consideration "reasonable wear and tear", before restoring the deposits to your occupants.

6.  Should the property be returned in a sub-standard state Cascading Grapes management offer a refresh service up to the value of the initial deposit.

7. Cascading Grapes offer a detailed inventory service where we list all items within the property its condition to be used as a reference.

8. Cascading Grapes will prepare the tenancy agreement adhering to the 1988 Housing Act, and all relevant legislation.
